The Boone The Boone County Adult Drug Court Program will celebrate its third graduation ceremony at 4 p.m. March 2 in Courtroom 1 at the Boone County Courthouse, 601 N. Main St. Two drug court participants have attained the requirements necessary for graduation from the program. The program is a specialized problem-solving court for non-violent offenders with substance abuse addiction and likelihood for rehabilitation.
